Plan and execute all aspects of trade show events

- Work with management and business partners to provide a team approach to successful planning and implementation of all events.- Manage General Service Contractor and inventory needs selection, site inspections, internet/electrical/AV and F&B requirements.- Submit work orders (teamsters/journeymen/carpenters/forklift operators/foreman), manage the production schedule.- CAD Specialist - Determine event space and date requirements, track budgets and prepare production timelines.- Help control risks associated with freight, last minute requests, and inventory.- Oversee staffing needs and scheduling, in addition to finalizing air and ground travel for logistics team. - Travel to all scheduled events assuring that show runs smooth and efficient. - Manage Show Management, Decorator and Exhibitor Load In/Out
