-Maintain general ledger and post payments for approximately $6 million in rent revenue for 10 separate San Francisco buildings (530 units including commercial) in Mosser Companies’ 50+ building portfolio.-Research and analyze aged receivables reports to calculate and communicate adjustments to tenants-Set up new move in tenants and calculate pro-rated charges for tenants. Set up and manage accounts through rentcafe (online rent payment system).-Create and maintain tracking systems for the Mosser Hotel, Annabel’s restaurant, and apartment buildings-Exposure to commercial leases which included CAM reconciliations-Collect, record, and prepare daily cash bank deposits for Annabel’s restaurant and Mosser Hotel -Assist AP with research, reconciliation, and coding -Monitor and verify compliance with Residential Rent Stabilization and Arbitration Board including Proprerty Tax Passthroughs, 3 Day Notices, and Rent Increases. Also includes invoicing tenants for overage/shortage on rent payments.-Generate weekly reports to create and maintain tracking system to facilitate collection efforts, produce legal documents, and analyze account discrepancies.-Organize, maintain, and update tenant information and documents
