- Took charge of a mobile phone replacement project, getting ~40 employees new phones. This involved transferring their existing phone service to the new SIM cards. I also updated and improved an existing user replacement guide, so users could try to set up their new phones themselves. I guided users who needed assistance, and resolved problems with email logins and syncing. It also involved setting up their employee devices with a remote management tool called AirWatch, and using the online portal to create accounts and resolve any issues.- Analysing support tickets and resolving issues. Creating clear documentation for future reference on the ticketing/helpdesk system - Spiceworks. - Experience using AD to troubleshoot login issues, including resetting passwords, unlocking accounts, creating new accounts for new employees, adding them to groups.- Developed new and updated existing PHP forms. Improved the current forms for efficiency and clarity, and made changes based on internal stakeholder (managing director) requests. Added clear documentation of all code and changes.
