• CSI Management:- Updating customer database- Sending Sales, Parts and Service inputs to CSI supplier via network- Liase with CSI Supplier to ensure smooth flow of program- Sending CSI reports received from supplier to dealers (monthly and quarterly)- Monthly report meetings with the supplier- Assist network with CSI queries• Corporate Identity:- Checking all dealers are on the corporate identity in terms of corporate stationary (communication forms, letterheads, email signatures etc...)- Supporting Dealers to maintain the corporate identity standards- Following the processes on all signage projects quotes and their deadlines- Managing approval processes of new Signage- Advising relevant parties on project progress• Reporting:- Updating monthly ISA Network Status- Business Analysis reports and inputs from network- Network database management- Sending monthly reports to dealers• Training:- Managing enrolments of attendees- Accommodation arrangements for the attendees- Database management- Training reports and feedback to network- Attendance Certificate allocation• Dealer Portal- Start-up and maintain- Maintenance on all content- Daily updates- Managing data• Geo-Marketing- Managing data to compile study- Liaise with supplier to achieve output goals- Ensure timeous payment of supplier invoices- Manage budgetary controls• Administration- Printing/photocopying and scanning documents- Drafting of letters- Reporting- Management of Financial reports- Sending invitations for corporate events- All additional admin requirements required by Marketing and Networking Manager
