Currently hold a Key position under contract with the United States Navy. I manage all flight line maintenance and material readiness of 3 different type/model/series aircraft assigned to Naval Weapons Test Squadron Thirty. I'm responsible for 5 maintenance supervisors and over 60 hourly employees. I ensure all safety regulations are complied with utilizing local and federal directives. I'm responsible for coordinating/planning of all major inspections, hi-time component removals and unscheduled maintenance in relation to all flight operations. I Work closely with the Site Manager, VX-30 Operations Officer and government representatives in induction of aircraft into Phase maintenance, major aircraft component removals to ensure no impact to flight schedules or offsite aircraft. I ensure all contract performance marks are met in maintaining high performance marks for PAE. As Manager I oversee over 700 hi-time components, including life support and ordnance are properly tracked and replaced as required. I ensure that all Logs and Records entries are accurate and all special, phase and condition inspections are compiled with on time. I oversee all Naval Technical Directives are complied with and managed in accordance with NAVINST 4790 guidelines. I ensure all personnel assigned to offsite assignments are qualified and manned accordingly. I monitor aircraft transactions thru the use of NALCOMIS OOMA computerized maintenance discrepancy reporting system. I work with Fleet Support Technicians’ for site specific aircraft in interpreting, analyzing and instituting policies, procedures and instructions issued by them. I work closely with Naval Test Wing Pacific personnel during all site inspections. I monitor all NAMP programs and personnel training requirements. I'm qualified as a engine ground Hi-Power turn instructor C-130 and P-3 aircraft and have aircraft release safe for flight authority

Oversee the Quality Assurance department ensuring all audits and monitors are performed and discrepancies are corrected in a timely manner. In depth knowledge of the government quality assurance programs and how they are administered. Familiar with all performance metric’s, inspections, audits as they apply to the contract’s Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Currently the Program Manager for all aircraft engine turn-up operators and qualified as the Engine Turn Instructor on U.S. Navy P-3/C-130 aircraft.

Point of contact for the U.S. Navy's AMMT Team during annual compliance inspections. Authorized to release aircraft safe for flight.
