I have a knack for identifying the right data, determining the right reports and data to run proper analyses, and creating insightful dashboards.I have been able to work on an exciting and impactful product that enabled HR to conduct field officer recruitment seamlessly, increasing the efficiency of the recruitment team by more than 80%.
