My function is to support the pastor in leadership and administrative roles at a church. As an assistant pastor, I am responsible for departments, such as overseeing church activities, including bible studies, Sunday services, Evangelism, ministries, and managing administrative staff and budgets.

Coordinating and Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.

 Marketing and Sales across the viable topography Brand strategy and development. New business identification and development. Portfolio strategy development. Research interpretation and application. Development of communications strategy and plan. Market trend monitoring and analysis. Handling of Activation and Events Planning Project Management.

• Deliver sales target across business streams in assigned account and territory.• Providing market analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities• Manage existing customers in order to ensure customers loyalty and high level of customer satisfaction.• Maintain high level of competitive product knowledge.• Implement/manage marketing procedures and processes; evaluate existing practice and opportunities for standardization.
