Participate in all aspects of the legal process, including correspondence, pleadings, discovery, e-discovery, mediation, collective bargaining, trial, and appeals. Conduct and supervise discovery for clients at local facilities. Familiar with Labor Code, FMLA, PAGA, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and local rules of the court.

Assist with the daily operation of the office and general clerical work, including filing and organization of student records. Answer and screen phone calls, take accurate messages, and retrieve voicemails. Schedule appointments, draft, and finalize correspondence for the Dean of Students. Write and produce reports for Dean of Curriculum and Chief Information Officer. Plan and coordinate student-related events (e.g. Orientation, information sessions, meetings, Commencement, etc.). Assist Records Office with registration and enrollment for each semester. Process petitions and forms regarding student academic issues.

Provide customer service for insurance brokerage with client base of over 4,000 people. Prepare forms, applications, and other paperwork to complete sales-related efforts and ensure policy requirements are fulfilled. Send documents and other information to customers, operations centers, and underwriters.
