New Market’s portfolio of 54 grocery anchored centers along with 45 multifamily communities under PAC was sold to Blackstone in June 2022. The stock sale closing price generated a total shareholder return in excess of 400% over a 10-year period, the second highest return of 161 publicly traded REITS. New Market Properties represented $1.2B of PAC’s $5.8B in AUM.
