I have worked here as a Manager.Respnsibilities;- Overall management and coordination of both internal and external business and legal affairs of the lounge.- Implementations of the lounge’s finances policy.- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the Lounge’s shareholders.- Recruiting of new staff and firing of unproductive ones- Marketing of the Lounge- Managing and approving petty cash- Making decisions together with the Lounge Management Committee on profitability matters of the lounge.- Overseeing the duties of the accountant and book keeper e.g. filing of the statutory returns and delegating duties to the Lounge’s supervisor.- Reporting any matter of concern to the Chairman of the Bar Management Committee (BMC)- Approving the payroll.- Ensuring that POS works efficiently at all times in conjunction with the Quick Books Achievement - Increased sales and profitability of the Lounge.- Hit the sales target of 3.5M per month, twice.- Reduced unnecessary costs. - Reduced the debt level.
