Acted as Project Architect, Project Manager, and Project Designer on all phases of the Sibley Building.Sibley Lofts - Rochester NY - 103 Units multi level historic renovation of a 1.1 million 1920 Existing building in downtown Rochester. Sibley Market Rate Residences - Rochester NY - Renovation of the existing Sibley Building for 104 units amenity space and managing offices. This project has an underground parking component for 200 spaces and is a historic tax credit.Sibley Affordable Residences - Rochester NY - Renovation of the existing historic Sibley Building for 72 units, amenity space and managing offices. This project has a historic component and a LEED component to it. High Tech Rochester Incubator - Rochester NY - 65,000 SQ FT renovation of the historic "Tea Room" at the Sibley Building. The project consist of a juxtaposition of the historic tea room components and a cutting edge incubator space to facilitate the U of R affiliated High Tech Rochester. R.I.T. Incubator/Offices - Rochester NY - 90,000 SQ FT renovation in to various offices and gym program for Rochester Institutes of Technology's Business Incubator. M.I.T Metropolitan Dormitories - Boston MA - Renovation of the existing historic Metropolitan Storage Warehouse in to 400 unit student dorms and student activity spaces. Rochester Public Market - Rochester NY - 30,000 interior historic renovation that creates an interior public food market place in the center of downtown Rochester.
