Birch Resources has acquired ~17,000 acres in Midland, Glasscock, Martin, and Howard counties in the Permian Basin from the Breitburn Energy bankruptcy.

Rock Oil III has acquired ~7,000 Non-Op acres in the SCOOP/STACK/MERGE in Oklahoma.

Rock Oil II sold our Permian Basin position of ~26,000 acres in Howard County, TX to SM Energy in October of 2016 for ~$1 BN.
