 Oversees service-related activities in Building Automation, Mechanical Services, Fire Alarm Services, Security Services, Energy Services, and Electrical Services business units worth $12M in annual revenue. Supervises 14 direct reports and 13 indirect reports while leading operations activities and managing labor utilization, job assignments, margin, profit, and project delivery dates.  Formulates and manages departmental budgets and/or business, as well as directs projects, including organization, definition, planning, implementation, and control.  Assists with financial forecasting, estimating, monitoring, and recovery planning while ensuring the availability of material to complete jobs on time and controlling carrying costs of inventory.  Maintains maximum effectiveness by defining work flows, jobs, and reporting relationships within an area of responsibility which is primarily tactical/operational in nature.  Strives to continuously enhance or improve existing policies, products, and methods while recommending and determining organizational structures and supervisory relationships.  Directs the installation and/or service operations of service organizations in multiple offices. Manages the negotiations of maintenance and service agreements and is responsible for their execution.
