• Support inventory reduction activities by identifying, planning, and executing improvement projects that positively impact inventory management practices, policies, and inventory levels.• Generate reports from SAP and other ERP reporting systems to analyze data, identify hot spots, areas of opportunity, and work to resolve inventory discrepancies.• Lead cross-functional teams and conduct workshops to improve processes that will result in new or modified inventory management practices.• Support inventory accuracy policy adherence by generating Perpetual Physical Inventory (PPI) plans for various R-R locations and execute subcontract inventory audits throughout the year.• Support excess and obsolete inventory management by working to identify inventory that is no longer required to be held on-hand and work with logistics to execute scrap in line with approved program inputs.• Integrate with logistics and warehousing where inventory control support, analysis, and reconciliation are required.• Support strategic buffering processes by using data to generate recommendations to protect from supply chain disruptions that would result in stock outs and late customer product.
