Protected the safety of 2K+ employees and secured $5.8B in assets.• Directed and coordinated response and evacuation operations during the historic 12,500-acre wildfire that threatened Vandenberg AFB. Ensured the safe evacuation of 2K+ employees and secured resources that aided 1,200 firefighters during the response efforts.• Identified unfunded requirements and developed a 5-year budget outlook with 300+ data points that validated an additional $2.2M to the existing $993K annual operating budget.• Assumed management over a struggling team due to prolonged lack of leadership. Collaborated with security investigators who identified 27 employees engaged in illegal activity that led to 17 arrests.• Transformed a security forces organization from worst to best Air Force wide within 180 days by conducting an in-depth business analysis, identifying root causes of issues, reprimanding, disciplining and terminating employees with serious misconduct issues while communicating clear performance expectations. • Internal organizational team was awarded the highest possible compliance rating in 11 of 17 programs, up from zero compliance previously.
