Commercial nuclear power experience includes lesson plan development, revision and implementation, operating crew mentoring, licensed operator requalification training scheduling, simulator training in both floor lead and booth operator roles, simulator scenario development, revision and implementation, job performance measure development, revision and implementation. Regulatory exam author qualified. Currently, writing both initial licensing exams and licensed operator requalification exams in accordance with station and NUREG requirements. Hobbies include boating and fishing.
