As Sr. Director of Internal Audit, I report directly to the Audit Committee of our Parent Company, IntelliCentrics Global Holdings, Ltd. I was a key stakeholder & contributor to the executive IPO team resulting in IntelliCentrics becoming a public company in March of 2019. My team is globally responsible for the internal control & financial reporting review of our divisions in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and responsible for review of the consolidated reporting for the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE). My team is also responsible for reviewing the internal control structure of our core business functions & acting as the liaison for the company’s external audit reviews for both financial and IT related controls.
