Currently helping with the planning, execution & project management of various company initiatives for new product development. Responsible for assisting in the project planning of both our existing programs as well as future app development including prototyping, preplanning and overall project management. - Helped automate the process obtaining of front-hauls and back-hauls by establishing strong relationships with brokers.- Oversaw the daily scheduling of 40+ local, short-haul and long-haul truck drivers.- Was able to meet tight deadlines set out by brokers, shippers and receivers in regard to daily pickups and deliveries.- Implemented various internal processes to help streamline communication between office staff and truck drivers alike.- Helped with the implementation of electronic logs.- Acted as in-house IT specialist ensuring all servers were backed up daily. Also focused on overseeing all things related to email and web design.

- Operated firefighting and rescuing equipment such as ladders, axes, fire hoses, etc.- Provided emergency medical services while being compliant with established standards. - Responded to various types of emergency situations to help assist those in need.- Wrote accurate reports after incidents and submitted them to superiors.- Cleaned and maintained personal equipment and performed inspections and regular maintenance of fire and rescue apparatuses.- Participated in various types of drills as a way to stay up-to-date with job duties.
