Working in a restaurant with a large bar area for a large international company; serving both front bar guests and working a service bar making drinks for the restaurant. Managing and training a team of bartendersDuties:• Delivering exceptional customer service.• Working in a fast paced and high pressure environment.• Completing recipes exams for over 150 cocktails .• Acknowledging each new guest within 30 seconds.• Serving cocktails within 3 minutes of ordering.• Making every drink to recipe.• Creating drinks with working flair.• Keeping the bar clean while working.• Handling money and giving correct change.• Ensuring the bar top is clean and free of empty glassware.• Blending fruit to create purées and premixes.• Delegating tasks to other bartenders and bar backs.• Training new staff.• Representing my store in mixology and bartending competitions.• Adhering to all Licensing Laws and Weights and Measure Acts.
