Responsibilities include planning, execution, and monitoring of presales performance for the area including: hiring, mentoring, and terminating staff; making strategic and tactical business decisions; meeting regularly with regional managers for pipeline planning; managing relationships with channel and implementation partners. Built Identity Manager and Service Desk integration demo to showcase how a service ticket can automatically be created and logged once a user resets their password.

Managed service sales revenue for assessment, design, deployment, and managed services in Texas/Illinois territories (central US) while directing account executive activity, VAR partner involvement and Alliance partner relationship with service customers. Daily activity included customer-facing calls including presentations, forecasting, designing security projects, negotiating contracts, team conference calls, mentoring staff, and attending corporate meetings. Directed a security assessment project for the largest Independent Oil Company in five US and UK data centers resulting in reduction of virus outbreaks and enhanced security protection controls.

Managed security architecture services group in the southwest region. Built security architecture blueprint practice materials; managed security projects including staff up to thirty from various office regions. Directed security architecture project for the 5th largest bank in the U.S. resulting in engagement revenue in excess of $1.5 million for six months, directed a security architecture project for the largest credit card bank in the U.S. resulting in engagement revenue growth from $238,000 to $720,000 within three months. Managed security tools validation project for a large technology company in Texas. Performed assessments that included perimeter penetration testing, risk profiles, policy structure, data classification, and writing security standards and procedures
