Over the years , it became obvious that additional Advisory Services were warranted. Re-established in 2017, The Allen Group began providing transactional support and advisory services in commercial real estate, business valuation, operational and productivity improvements, and, mergers & acquisitions. Many of the services we provide may be offered by other firms in bits and pieces, however, few offer the in depth focus on areas for value and performance improvement with "Preparation for Sale" as the keystone to a successful transaction.
