HR- Floating Recruiter and Staffing CoordinatorProvide full-cycle recruiting for a Non-Profit, Human Services Agency providing services across multiple domains including individuals with Intellectual & Developmental Disorders (IDD), at risk youth, Homeless, and clients with Psychiatric and Direct Care Needs. Marrakech owns and manages, Day Program facilities, Group Homes, Case Management Services, Community & Recreational Programs and Employment & Training Services.• Work directly specific programs (Acquired Brain Injury / Client Support Services) within the organization that had greatest need for attention to recruitment of new providers / staff.• Manage of all aspects of a Recruitment Management program. Researching applicants from internal and external Job & Career service providers Contacting applicants via phone & email to set-up initial screening and subsequent interviews. Conduct initial interviews via phone / virtual options and make decision regarding potential placement of applicant. Provide all documents to applicant to conduct Background & Reference checks of past employment, criminal history, and compliance / exclusion with programs as required by Local, State and Federal Payor sources. These background checks were then processed by me prior to any further interviews / screening Once applicant has been approved for hire then help facilitate New Hire Orientation programs and related follow-ups prior to beginning new position.• Provide education to New Hires and others on HR related topics.• Community Outreach on behalf of all Marrakech programs and as part of increasing applicant pool for Recruitment of assigned programs.• Conduct Virtual Job Fairs via Zoom / Microsoft Teams.• Uses current trends in IDD & Special Needs Recruitment to forecast staffing availability and potential recruitment needs• Member of the following Committees: Safety Committee, Quality of Life Committee, Education Committee, Marketing Committee
