I was the key data analyst and reporting information liaison between data services and business operations, including corporate and business unit finance, global reverse logistics operational teams including senior management, finance, engineering, quality, materials and production. Supporting precise make verses buy decisions in seconds compared to the historical 20 minutes.• Designed and built a single access capability using SQL/Excel to support last time buys, combing the outputs of five independent systems of records. Included “What If” forecasting to optimize accuracy to minimize over purchase, reducing report time from several weeks to 20 seconds. Significantly contributing to the 6-million-dollar inventory savings identified by the Ops team.• In support of RLA (Reverse Logistics Associated) presented Intel’s data warehouse returns forecasting capability in Las Vegas.• Key contributor in Intel’s Post-Sales Support Lean initiative, driving training and participation over two years resulting in worldwide option of the methodology.• Implemented a warranty accruals solution, identifying the future cost of warranty of 80% of Intel’s warranted products. Reports rolled up into Intel’s Quarterly Results impacting $40 million of accruals.

Responsible for establishing a returns information data warehouse enabling analysis and reporting to drive reductions in return rates of Intel product. Responsible for liaison between the Corporate Quality Network, key business unit representative and post-sales support repair facilities.
