• Provide advisory services in support of technology-enabled business change, like package & third-party integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture studies and program diagnostics and recovery.• Manage IT design, implementation, administration, and support processes to ensure the availability, operability, and stability of the network.• Provide daily, weekly and monthly review of current processes using operational metrics and reports. • Research and recommend new technologies to achieve improved performance while controlling and reducing the costs of IT operations. This was deployed group-wide encompassing seven companies which generated an overall estimated cost avoidance of USD250,000 year on year.• I was part of the team that provided an overall analogue-to-digital transformation of a client. This process reengineering encompassed requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder change management. I also managed the project’s progress by tracking activities, resolving problems, publishing progress and recommending actions.

• I was part of the team that developed Remita USSD service which was designed to provide Remita customers’ (all Federal Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies) an additional channel to transact with. This service was expected to increase transaction volume by 20%.• I was part of the Integration team that saw to the successful third-party applications integration with Remita. As the integration manager, I saw to the end-to-end integration of these applications which helped merchants seamlessly receive payments from their customers. Some of such key merchants include – RenMoney (Direct Debit), Paga (Wallet), 3Line Card (MFB Account Payment)• I developed Remita sample codes which enabled software developers to integrate faster and more seamlessly with Remita. As at June 2018, the Remita sample codes have been used by 98 merchants and the commissions’ derived therefrom added to the revenue bottom line.• I developed the Remita Payments product documents which I continuously revised as the flow of the code changed.
