Alter Ego's service offerings include M&A advisory, value creation strategies, growth strategy design and execution, performance improvement, and people and culture.Since launching Alter Ego Advisory, the firm has worked with over 20 clients ranging from beverage alcohol brands (mostly premium and luxury wineries), ecommerce/marketplaces, family offices, and private equity firms. Many of the firms clients continue work with Alter Ego as a strategy partner on their path to achieving their ambition. Worked and collaborated with clients and stakeholders in the US, Europe, Australia and Asia. I bring a unique perspective from time as an operating executive leading a high-growth multi-brand luxury wine portfolio and strategy experience both in-house at a large public company and at a top-tier management consulting firm and having lived and worked in the US, Middle East and Australia. I operate with high integrity, create order in ambiguous situations, provide calm and consistent leadership, and mobilize highly effective teams to execute the mission.
