Current• Server Systems - design/implement/install/maintain all physical and virtual hosts (IBM, HP, Lenovo)• Server maintenance - manage hardware warranties and extensions, fix and troubleshoot issues• Spam/Internet filter systems - design/implement/install/maintain spam and internet filter systems (Barracuda, Iprism)• Backup systems - design/implement/install/maintain (Veeam, Symantec)• Remote access systems management - manage remote desktop gateways, terminal services, Offshore call center access, and Bomgar remote support appliance.• Monitoring systems - design/implement/install/maintain (Solarwinds, Nagios, Splunk)• Certificate services - manage certificates internally and externally (Entrust)• Software and hardware licensing - manage open licensing platforms (Microsoft, Linux, vendors)• Hyper-converged systems - design/implement/install/maintain (Nutanix)• Virtualization systems - design/implement/install/maintain (Vmware, AHV)• Disaster recovery systems - design/implement/install/maintain• Storage systems (SAN/DAS/NAS) - design/implement/install/maintain (IBM Storwize, Exagrid, Lenovo, Nutanix)• Infrastructure management - Datacenter design, improvements, and implementation – including remote offices• Project Scoping/design/bid - manage internal, external, and remote branch infrastructure• Project implementation/integration - Any software or hardware implementations companywide• Documentation - Keep up to date changes for all infrastructure companywide• Global troubleshooting - Anything that isn't working whether it be a printer, network, server, production equipment,mainframe, or web - I am involved in the troubleshooting or fix process• Procurement/Vendor Management - I currently order all servers, licensing, and infrastructure equipment as well as pay all PO’s associated with the orders.
