Designer of award winning packaging with extensive experience in brand execution. Responsible for creating graphics for experiential and in-store displays, POS, POP, sales literature, and concept boards. Completed and/or directed numerous projects for the Hershey Company, W.L. Gore, Holsum, R.M. Palmer Co., Frankford Candy & Chocolate Co., Murry’s Foods, Lowes, Pfizer, U.S. Potato Board, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Turkey Hill. Assisted in marketing plan development and company advertising campaigns. Designed sales/marketing kits and brochures for TSI client EnerSys and Volkswagon Group of America. Development of sales kits included structural design in addition to image editing, digital illustration, and graphic design. Created mock-ups for presentation to client and, upon approval, prepared production art for release.

Developed and taught 2 Package Design Workshops and one semester of Typography.For former, instructed seniors graduating spring semesters of 2001 and 2002 on the aesthetics and history of packaging with in-depth instruction on various printing methods, production, and industry standards. Related tasks included creating curriculum, project evaluation, critiques, and student mentoring.For latter, developed and taught sophomore students during fall semester 2002 the fundamentals of typographic design with a focus on font selection, legibility, readability, formatting, kerning and leading. Typeface identification and history of typography were also part of the curriculum.
