Growing up in the industry allowed Michael to develop a genuine appreciation for the impact wise financial decisions can have on clients’ lives. He spends significant time getting to know clients to understand their goals. This allows him to craft customized recommendations that may include financial planning, retirement planning, estate planning, charitable giving, and liability management.In addition to working with client families, Michael’s acumen and reputation have led to him serving a number of company-sponsored retirement plans.Michael joined Raymond James in February 2022 after 14 years at Merrill Lynch. At Raymond James, Michael has access to the financial expertise and resources of one of the largest independent full-service financial services firms not headquartered on Wall Street.Michael is a graduate of The Ohio State University. He is most proud of his family – his wife, Lisa, and their five young children. When he’s not chasing after them, Michael enjoys playing golf, working out, and reading. The Anania family calls Dublin, Ohio, home.
