He attended a residency program toward board certification in ergonomic engineering, and supplemented training in the safety profession through ongoing education as a safety professional. He networked with industrial engineers to develop programs in promotion of environmental, ergonomic, waste reduction, and injury prevention programs. Michael has since worked in the field on a corporate level, growing his skillsets over time in the environmental health and safety, ergonomic, and injury prevention disciplines. As an ergonomist and EHS engineer, I have consulted and cooperated with Michael across an internal network of safety professionals.
