Senior Business Analyst / Lead Developer

As a Business Analyst I helped facilitate many needs for the Network Vision Project Closeout. My directive was to assist in pulling together 3 years of data stored in inconsistent formats and string it together in a meaningful way to help assist with Market Acceptance and PO Receiving. In order to perform that I extensively utilized Microsoft Excel, Access, VBA, and PowerPoint. During my time I have: • Oversaw the reduction of the PO Receiving Backlog from $7.9 million to $350 thousand.• Developed Access databases to collect data from internal and external facets of the organization to provide timely reporting and other force multiplying tools for revenue generation. o Pulled together 1M plus records from internal and external sources, to summarize the status of a 5 year project. o Provided ad-hoc reporting as requested by management, utilizing SQL on the database I developed. o Provided in depth analysis and data visualization on data utilizing Excel.• Provided on-site ad-hoc Reporting support for a $3 million vendor settlement negotiation in Dallas.• Acted as liaison and representative for Samsung in communications between Sprint, EMS, and Samsung for PO Receiving Governance. o Created weekly Executive PowerPoint Presentations detailing the status of Asset Audit Reconciliation, tailored to tell the narrative for internal executive, external executive, client, and team views. o Created and maintained Charts and Pivots in order to better convey the running status of the project utilizing excel.In the last month of my time at Samsung I assisted on a one month engineering project to automate the auditing of Backhaul Engineering plans. My actions reduced the time required to audit a plan from 1 hour per site to .5 min per site.
