Responsibilities• Strategic planning and reporting as part of the Senior Leadership Team, including organisational restructuring• Head of a multifaceted team of architects and engineers, responsible for delivering all projects and programs (internal and external facing).• Executive recruitment • Tender submissions, shortlisting process, and winning bid negotiations• Organisational resource planning, tracking, and reporting• Vendor management and contract renegotiations • Delivery of internal and external-facing projects and programs o Project reporting (written and verbal) and communication at a range of levels (including the chairing of CIO and CEO steering committees) and in a variety of formats (Project Board, Project Team, internal and external stakeholders, and branch-wide presentations within customer organisations) o Managing 3rd party project resources and contract engagements o Program and project planning and scheduling o End to end project management for flagship projects Recent Programs and Projects• Digital Sense Platform 2.0 Product Rollout o Overseeing the ideation; scoping; planning; build; commercialisation of a complete overhaul and relaunch of Digital Sense’s commercial offerings o Working closely with the Head of Technology, Commercial Director, and CEO to ensure benefit realisation and strategic alignment o $5m+ program of work delivering best-of-breed Cloud, Storage, and Data Protection offerings o Priority management within an Agile framework• Brisbane City Council – Cloud build and onboarding o 2+ year program of activities with 12 individual work packages o Cloud onboarding project to facilitate BCC’s exit from all on-prem computing o Provided daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for various stakeholder bodies within BCC, including the CIO.

Delivery of all project management functions necessary to successfully achieve project objectives and deliverables working across multiple IT service delivery teams.
