I consulted with the company on various financial internal controls and accounting policies. I streamlined the accounting processes so the company could produce monthly financial statements accurately and timely. I developed a business plan with projected sales and expenses, balance sheets and cash flows by month by year. This served as a financial roadmap for the company so everyone in senior management knew the company goals and strived to reach them. This also served as an accountability tool for the company. I also developed an agenda for weekly management meetings some of the items reviewed were sales, work in progress, progress billings, advertising and marketing and potential new job leads. The main goal of the meetings were to deliver a constant reinforcement to staff of the company goals.

One of four owners of a seventeen retail store chain. I was mostly involved in finance, accounting and IT although I was also involved with merchandising, operations and marketing. We sold the company in September 2018.

I directed all aspects of the franchise company. I recruited and sold franchises (employing only best practices), visited franchise locations and was in charge of franchisee compliance. I also maintained the annual UFOC filings.

I handled all of the accounting and financial planning for the company. Ten people reported to me. I was in this position through the companies initial public offering.
