• PIC Management representation on site for installation• Receive goods and install ensuring QA requirements are met by working with surveyors, complete required Quality documentation and obtain sign off on Quality, as built drawings through to survey, Signing ITP’s• Build and maintain a strong Client relationship• Liaise with other subcontractors regarding build sequence and SIMOPS (simultaneous operations in the same area)• Adhere to all Client and company OHS requirements• Liaise with Client safety managers to implement SWMS, construction methodologies, deconstruction components / methodologies• Management of cladding subcontractor• Coordinate manning roster (FIFO)• Responsible for all administration tasks for the PIC site office and site team

• Coordinate fabrication – work with Client’s Engineers for design and detailing• Manage PIC detailing subcontractor produce drawings in line with Client requirements• Manage the workshop throughout fabrication and progressive delivery of sections of work• Liaise with the Client on best build sequence for their contractor requirements on site and for PIC to pack and send in line with expected delivery timeframes

• Ensure effective time management to efficiently assist this Project and Brookfield Place Tower 2• Manage Rigging subcontractor• Main point of contact - liaise with workshop and site; and between PIC and the Client• Coordinate fabrication activities through painting and surface treatment ensure all ahead of schedule so site could call for required items when they needed them• Site visits for variations to the scope of works, assess and these price variations• Control all contract drawings, data and specifications • Prepare, maintain, update and distribute Project Schedule• Ensure subcontractors and suppliers fulfil contractual requirements• Facilitate timely delivery of all services to conform to the Project Schedule• Negotiate with Client regarding technical queries, engineering problems, deliveries, contract variations, additions and deletions to original contract, final accounts; and claims • Prepare and maintain records of all variations to original contract• Prepare and submit claims for variations, (including extension of time claims), monthly progress payment claims, and final payment claims to Client• Maintain contact with subcontractors, the workshop and site to ensure that the Project Schedule is being adhered to and to identify and facilitate the resolution of any problems as they emerge• Monitor all invoices involved with the contract to ensure accuracy• Approve all subcontract / suppliers payments• Monitor and check all in-house or subcontract drawings and authorise their issue to the workshop or subcontractor• Support site superintendent in resource, equipment and other needs• Ensure Quality requirements of contract are met and adhered to by PIC, subcontractors and suppliers through the preparation and implementation of Inspection Test Plans
