Michael is the Integrator and CFO for The Refinery, an award-winning entertainment marketing agency. An EOS disciple, he leads the company as their Integrator, providing organizational clarity, leading growth initiatives, strategic thinking and leadership development. He works with the company’s leadership team and ownership team to develop and execute long-term and short-term priorities.
