Michael Androw is an award-winning Pizzaiolo with numerous culinary awards spanning many years. Beginning in 1986 as a pizza maker Michael worked his way through every genre of the restaurant industry as an operator in casual dining, fine dining, bars & nightclubs, and back to his roots in pizza.In 2014 he introduced his “E&D Pizza Company” concept in Connecticut. Explosive popularity, media awards, and national recognition led to rapid expansion and moving to a larger location only 18 months later. Michael currently owns E&D Pizza Company and volunteers his time to various regional organizations focused on restaurant business development. On a consultant level he guides operators through the processes of business inception and on to the creation of restaurants that will dominate market share and sustain high sales growth. As an industry voice and leader he also serves as a contributing writer for various local and national publications.
