Duties and Responsibilities:• Assist engineering staff in the design and development of systems and components. Interface with engineering staff effectively to ensure the form, fit and function of designs while also working with fabrication managers to ensure cost effectiveness and manufacturability of designs.• Collaborate with the engineering staff to produce design sketches and drawings in accordance with applicable standards. Accurately incorporate welding symbols and tolerances into design drawings.• Originate and/or review structural analyses, prototype test processes, operations procedures, and reports using computer-aided engineering (CAE) and appropriate computer software.• Review and verify design drawings and other technical documentation prepared by others to ensure correctness and accuracy in form, fit and function.

Duties and Responsibilities:• Develop and implement processes related to document control and management.• Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.• Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.• Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.• Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.• Collect and maintain drawing files of the latest revision level documentation necessary to define product configuration and control manufacturing processes.• Timely distribution of latest drawing revision to all appropriate users and ensure that obsolete drawing is removed from distribution.• Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.• Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.

• Responsible in Creating in 3D assemblies of Bear shaft pump, Overhead pump and other pump system using CATIA.• Create 2D assembly and fabrication drawing for production• Developing modifying assembly arrangements, Bill of Materials, Revising red line drawings and parts list.• Coordinating with Project Managers; as well as other designer’s project assignments to ensure all drafting issues are properly addressed.

Duties and Responsibilities:• Review and analyze specifications, sketches, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component design and the procedures and instructions to be followed.• Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or reduce production problems.• Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, lay-out, or detail components and system and resolve design or other problems.• Create 2D and 3D design by given work instruction and standard specification.• Provide design of project in short period of time.• Conduct inspection to determine the area dimensions, Clearance or any obstruction of product.
