The candidate will work closely with our attorneys and our medical providers to accomplish this. This requires being very detail-oriented and time management for extensive follow-ups. • Updating our clients on the progress of the settlement process bi-weekly. Some clients may need weekly updates. • Noting status updates on cases to insure everyone knows what stage the matter is at or what may be missing/needed.• Work with attorneys to receive releases and obtain client signatures• Follow up with insurance adjusters on settlement funding
