• Compiles and maintains material and parts inventory and status information to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas, according to predetermined production schedules and order priorities: Reads production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority.• Confers with department supervisors to determine overdue material and parts and to inform supervisors of material status.• Locates and distributes materials to specified production areas, manually or using handcart, hand truck, or forklift.• Records and maintains perpetual inventory of quantity and type of materials and parts received, stocked, and distributed, manually or using computer.• Compiles and maintains records, such as material inventory records, production records, and timecards, manually or using computer.• May direct INDUSTRIAL-TRUCK OPERATOR or MATERIAL HANDLER to expedite transfer of materials from stock area to production areas.• May examine material received, verify part numbers, and check discrepancies, such as damaged or unmarked parts.• May compare work ticket specifications to material used at work stations to verify appropriate assignment.• May drive to outlying work areas to check status of orders or to deliver materials.

• Establish a document controlling system and set the different processes and policies required to successfully implement the system. • Responsible for setting up, developing and maintaining a central filing system. • Responsible for the activities of document control including archiving, filing and distribution of documents • Must ensure the complete safety of documents and arrange proper place/filing cabinets to keep documents. All movement to these documents must be recorded properly. • Ensures the easy access to all documents whenever requested. • Performs regular check of procurement/ contracts documents in order to ensure that all documents are properly submitted and received back to/from other departments. • To maintain a document control master data for all movements of documents. • Responsible for updating document tracking system, validating and reporting on document review progress. • Effectively follows company’s standard operating procedures in submissions of documents. • Ensures that all documents have no errors in filenames, submissions, etc. • Prepares Document Transmittals, Delivery and collection of documents from other departments on regular basis. • Ensuring that all documentation accurately reflects the status of changes and outstanding issues • Assists in preparing the required details and handles some of the clerical accounting jobs. • Perform other similar or related duties, as assigned by the Unit Head/ Section Manager. As Quality Control ( Q.C. ) Welder / Welder Checking the quality of the materials to be use in making the product (Concrete Molder). Review the mechanical works check list, as built drawings. Coordinate with client for inspection activities issued RFI (Request for Inspection) for witness / hold point. Checking all the scale of the product if finish by viewing the isometric drawings. Checking the weld area of the product if it is in welding procedures by its standard. Helping to fabricate the product if lack of manpower. Final inspection.
