Planning Engineer
• Reviews Tender Documents and develops Tender Program of Works including but not limited to Project S Curves, Resource Histogram for Bidding Technical requirements.• Prepares Baseline Schedule with detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with appropriate resource loading.• Develop and maintains Project status reports, like, cost reports and performance index.• Generates Critical Milestones for the construction stage for inclusion in tender documents through detailed discussions with the Project Managers, and evaluation of interfaces between other projects.• Monitors and reports actual progress of the work versus the planned work. • Provides oversight for development, review and monitoring of project schedules, and the master program schedule incorporating individual project schedules.• Develops and manages project reporting formats and procedures.• Supports the project team in maintaining timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems.• Identify causes and effects of delays for time claim settlement.• Analyze Critical Path, Evaluate and Report to Project Manager for Action to Minimize Threat Risks in the Future.• Analyze Productivity Data and compile for project future purposes.• Performs other duties as per instruction of the Project Manager.
