Business Partner Service Delivery SME works as MDM Expert within the Service Delivery unit and contributes to MDM Build & Deploy, MDM BP Service Delivery, MDG Key User community and all MDM Stakeholders. The role also supports to improve overall services within the center.Duties & Responsibilities:-Provide guidance to MDM BP Service Delivery Team, Key User Manager and Key User community.-Lead master data process manual design and requirements engineering.-Coach of MDM senior experts.-Support improvement for MDM processes.-Support deployments and GBS stakeholder.-Analyze and adjust systems processes across the lifecycle; all this under the governance provided by the relevant Information Domain Owners and Project Managers.-Supports performance management of MDM BP SD processes.

-Support Sprint Activities-Support Product Owner in user story writing-Run MDG Testing-Review of actual testing scope-Support and manage the implementation of test cases into HP-ALM-Review of demand list, incidence list, efforts and urgency.-Assess urgency and criticality of received topics for fast track topics.-Align risks and impacts with required stakeholders.-Support project milestone definition and planning for e.g. HANA GoLive, sprint timeline, etc.-Acting sprint member with responsibility for some stories and general functional questions from the team.-Conduct project workshops, if necessary, communications for e.g. release notes, smoke tests etc.

• Handling mass change documentation and execution for vendor and customer• Proficient in using Testing Systems (HPALM, DEMA, ITEMS)• Process vendor requests Globally in various ticketing systems (IVT, BISM, Service NOW) and ERP systems (MDM, MDG, SAP, S4 HANA).• Super Key User for US and SURE region supporting the migration of MDM system to MDG.• Actively participating in duplicate checking in MDG system.• Knowledgeable in 3rd level tasks such as report generation and handling system errors.• Processes independently requests for the single and mass maintenance and execution of the data objects and ensures a high data quality. Independence of prioritization and duration the time of execution has to be coordinated with the requesting and executing parties like IT. Upon request individual reports are downloaded and created.• Checks and updates process descriptions, guidelines and user manuals• Supports deployment projects - Execution of subproject tasks like deduplication and data quality checks - Check of processes on usability under run conditions - Corrections via mass change during Hypercare• Checks data and systems for correctness systematically and upon request Initiates and conducts independently data corrections, also by using specific instruments for mass changes. Forwards system errors for correction

• Primary purpose of the job is to demonstrate ownership in processing requests and queries (including complex ones), in complete compliance with the Controls and other approved documentation.• Independently review and process requests relating to Data objects in MSVC areas and other similar activities in full compliance with defined policies, operating procedures and work instructions. The requests will be processed in the applicable ERP and other related systems and tool• Knowledgeable in handling various ERP’s GSAP P94, GSAP P31 Chems, P58 Luminon in SAP• Regular interaction with Customers and Stakeholders, including extensive interactions during migration• Demonstrate leadership on Process and related technology and act as Technical lead • Proactively identify areas for improvement in the process.

• Drives/generates programs geared towards improvement in cost, productivity, and quality for manufacturing needs.• Attends to all customer issues, provides data analysis and their corrective and preventive measures. Trouble shoot problems in manufacturing lines and responds to customer complaints on technical matters.• Generates and reviews process documents such as specifications and work standard guides to be used and implemented in production.• Ensures adherence to customer standards and recommends actions like stopping production and hold shipment if necessary to contain and correct quality problems.• Assigned on special projects or program to attain plant targets such as yield goals.
