Current"The Japanese Art of the Cocktail" is the first book by Hanna Lee Communications' HLC Book Media Division. Co-authored by the agency's Editor in Chief/Partner Michael Anstendig and Katana Kitten's Masahiro Urushido, it was produced by the agency's President & Founder Hanna Lee, who served as the book's Chief Creative Officer. "The Japanese Art of the Cocktail" earned a nomination for a James Beard Media Award and an IACP Award, and won a Spirited Award at 2022 Tales of the Cocktail. The book was honored as a Barnes & Noble "Best Book of 2021" (Cookbooks) and an Amazon Editors' Choice.With a foreword by cocktail historian and acclaimed author David Wondrich, the book tells Urushido's epic story of growing up in Japan and becoming a leading bartender, first in Tokyo and later in New York City.
