My experience as a Safety and Environmental Manager has allowed me to become proficient in many regulatory areas in order to provide technically sound direction and policies. I am comfortable with extremely technical scenarios as well as interacting with regulatory and executive management audiences. The majority of my recent tenure, I led or participated in high-risk enterprise-level environmental management and emergency preparedness. I currently provide leadership in many areas including, but not limited to, developing environmental operating procedures, managing legacy facility remediation, compliance management oversight, environmental specialist advisement, and environmental compliance training for facilities and technical specialists.I have also had the opportunity to lead an Emergency Response Corporate initiative that included continual improvement assessment, Emergency Response strategy formulation, changes in fundamental operational objectives, and stakeholder socialization. I have been trained in ICS 100-400, HAZWOPER 24-hour, and participated in field deployment exercises. Additionally, I was selected to participate in an Emerging Leaders Program which includes specialized management training and learning opportunities.Additional roles that I have held Sustainability advisement, Environmental management software advisor, Joint Health Safety and Environment Committee Member (JHSEC), and Corporate Environmental Policy Steering Committee member.
