- To provide administrative and logistical support as and when required, including composing and editing correspondence as directed and to carry out administrative routine works. - Monitoring and reporting and overall progress of work programs against the plans and forecasts. - Production of the periodic progress reports as required by the Head of Department. - Liaise with HR and Finance for relate activities- Liaise with contractor, suppliers and service providers as required.- Respond to clients complaints and identifying preventive solutions.- Monitoring of the operational effectiveness of all the departments through the use of established performance.- Measurement techniques, including KPIs.- Attend to telephone calls, emails, faxes and address the issue or pass on to the relevant department. - Preparing quotations towards Air, land and sea inquiries.- Preparing invoices and managing vendor payments.- Routing import and export shipments via air, land and sea to the desired destinations.- To promote services and up-sell the relevant products to oversea customers.

• Outsourcing Air / Ocean Freight Inquiries to Overseas Agents for rates.• Validating and confirming all Air / Oceanshipment bookings/ Routing Orders.• Managing shipments from origin to destination to ensure smooth transit and meet customer deadline for delivery.• Building customer Relationship and providing excellent customer service.• Manage daily emails/phone calls from customers/vendors/Transporters.• Handle Customer Complaints and follow up with Airlines, EAS, Co loaders and shipping lines to ensure resolution and proper feedback to customer’s. • Co-ordinate with Operations forCustoms Clearance and Delivery.• Send weeklystatus reports for Jobs in hand to customer for ongoing shipments.

• Handling Banks & E-Commerce Domestic Shipments.• Organize Pick Ups for Export shipments.• Tracking Domestic & International Shipments and update Clients.• Maintaining Good Relations with Account Clients and Provide complete information and deliver a top quality service.• Attending to Escalations &Complaints and provideCustomer Satisfaction.• Co-ordinate with Operations in Handling Domestic & Intl Shipments.• Follow Up with Customers & Operations on Ongoing Issues and Complaints.• Providing Floor Supportto New Agents.• Making weekly & monthly reports for agents performance and providing Indiviual Feedbacks.
