Responsibility for the organisations risk management framework, this includes the development and maintenance of various risk management resources including the risk management policy and procedure, the organisations risk appetite statements and supporting Key Risk Indicators as well as the organisations enterprise risk register.The role also includes consulting with stakeholders from the across the organisation to assist them understanding operational risk as it applies to their various divisions and directorates as well as to assist them in identifying, assessing and managing risk. Where required, the role also includes participating in incident management investigations.The role also includes the development and presentation of various risk, incident and compliance management related reports for both the organisations Executive Management Team as well as the Audit & Risk Committee.

Responsible for the management of CVGT Australia's internal audit program, this includes scheduling and conducting risk based internal audit engagements across the various programs and departments that make up the organisation. Facilitation and coordination of external audits are also a core responsibility.Another key component of the role is to manage that the organisations enterprise risk management framework to ensure its currency and that it is adequately identifying, analysing and managing risk elements across various levels of the organisation.The role also included responsibility for CVGT Australia's ISO9001 (quality), ISO14001 (environment) and ISO4801 (WHS) accredited management systems

Involved in the maintenance and management of the Don KR Castlemaine sites Quality Management System as part of the sites Quality Systems Team. Primarily involved in the management of the sites internal auditing program as well as facilitating third party regulatory and customer compliance audits. Have developed extensive knowledge of various customer and regulatory standards including WQAv8, Coles, YUM!, ISO 9001:2000, SQF, AS 4696:2007, Subway, McDonalds and Simplot. Was also heavily involved in the sites Imported Pigmeat Approved Arrangements as well the sites current Export Accreditation through the Department of Agriculture.

Responsible for undertaking QA based initiatives within the Don KR Castlemaine sites Ham Value Stream to help ensure safe and wholesome products.Responsible for taking the lead on customer complaint and non-compliance investigations as well as carrying out routine calibration activities on various types of monitoring devices used for the testing of both finished and WIP product.Responsible for carrying out GMP audits within production areas to monitor compliance against GMP and hygienic practices.

Work based Traineeship (Cert IV in Business Management).Responsible for working with fabric suppliers to ensure that correct quantities are ordered as well as carrying out inspections against incoming stock. Also responsible for carrying out warehouse stocktakes and carrying out some routine courier work across Melbourne.
