• Responsible assortment, layout, merchandising, promotions, sales and margin in new concept stores.• Opening these stores in fall 2018 with the goal of performing 65% of the volume of TRU Express stores.• These stores were opened throughout the US with margin rate 57%.• Ensure the assortment has a mix of in line product along with close outs to maximize margin. • Perform competitive store analysis to ensure that we are meeting customer needs.• Establish weekly calls with the field team to gather insights to market needs

• Responsible for the assortment in the stores including sales, inventory and margin.• Establish monthly marketing schedule to drive traffic, sales and margin• Partner with Vendors on Opportunity buys and close outs to drive margin in the stores.• Establish in store activities to engage with the consumers and bring more traffic into stores.

• Responsible for Christmas, Easter, Check lanes sales, inventory and margin.• Work with vendors on sell thru agreement to minimize inventory risk at the end of each season.• Work closely with the marketing team to drive sales during the season.• Grow business with vendors that are on (Scan Based Trading) where we only pay for product that is sold in the stores and have no inventory liability

• E-Commerce sales; Grew over 12% in two years and penetration went from 13% to 14.7% of total sales.• Brand pages: Work with vendors on brand pages to support their product such as Nerf and Power Wheels. Refreshing the pages on a seasonal basis and ensuring that the new product is being called out. • Marketing: Teaming with vendor on monthly on-line marketing to drive sales. Using their site to call out the promotions running at Toys R Us.com. • Collaborate with marketing and SEM team to drive guests to our site during the peak of the season.

• Responsible for Science and CCG sales, inventory and margin.• Establish assortment for TRU and work closely with Exclusive Brands in developing assortment and driving sales and margin.

• Develop preseason Division/Dept plans that tie to the company financial budget. Including Sales, Margin and Yearly Inventory Turn.• In season work closely with the Division Merchandise Manager (DMM) on Sales and Margin opportunities as well as risks.
