I had access to a number of new technologies through Metagenics that have been developed with various institutions from around the world and with which we had formulated new medical foods and targeted supplements. The use of these medical foods range from support of digestive health conditions, to sarcopenia, to the resolution of inflammatory responses in chronic health conditions. These are all nutrient based formulations and part of medical nutrition therapy programs of patient care; technologies range from carbohydrate forms to probiotics and protein blends. A core driver of growth came from establishing, organizing and hosting over 20 targeted medical education events ranging from dine and learns to a full weekend conference.During my time here I led the North American sales group in sales volume and percentage growth.
