I'm Michael Appiah, a 21-year-old student at the University of Ghana, currently in my third year studying computer engineering. I reside in Accra. My personality is marked by strong leadership skills, proficiency in planning, quick adaptability as a learner, and a natural curiosity about how things work and how they can be improved. I possess fundamental knowledge in data analysis, Python programming, C++, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft Suite applications. Additionally, I excel in troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices.Due to my diversity and ability to adjust and learn easily, I have laid down some fields I would love to venture into as my profession. These include data science and analytics, cybersecurity, and machine learning and AI.My diverse experiences include working as an IT technician at the Electricity Company of Ghana during my first year of studies and gaining foundational knowledge of network implementation with a networking company. My ability to lead and present myself effectively led to me holding positions such as the Financial Secretary of the Student Relations Council (SRC) during my secondary education and the course representative for my program at the University of Ghana.Currently, I am an intern at MTN Ghana, where I work with the Information Technology team, further enhancing my technical skills and gaining valuable insights into the fields I aspire to pursue. In my spare time, I am an avid researcher, delving into my areas of interest, and I enjoy reading novels and articles to broaden my knowledge.
