My role was to bring Vicinity’s brand strategy to life through high-profile brand and marketing projects for $10m+ customers around Australia. This role required significant relationship management with internal and external stakeholders, from Vicinity's Executive Committee and Centre Management teams, to creative agencies and community partners.- Drove the $7m dollar rebrand of over 60 shopping centres, including physical refurbishment, communications strategy, budget management.- Developed the new Vicinity uniform suite, to be worn by over 2,000 team members and exposed to over 10m customers annually. Developed the creative design and accompanying social and PR activities, internal and external communication plans, community engagement program, campaign creative and execution, supplier tender process, and production and sampling. - Worked in a cross-functional team to deliver Vicinity’s family brand to market, including localised playgrounds, digital assets, parent facilities, furnishings and branding.- Acted as Vicinity's brand 'gatekeeper', ensuring that national initiatives and local marketing campaigns adhered to Vicinity's brand standards.- Delivered Vicinity’s national Christmas gift program to 60+ centres, with significant cost-savings of $500k per annum, and introducing alignment to Vicinity's family brand.- Produced Vicinity's first commercial-facing video content, demonstrating Vicinity as a great place to work.- Developed company-wide policy in relation to safety and sustainability standards for all consumer giveaways.
