I've been working in the field of Information Technology for over seventeen years in Portuguese Navy where i developed planning, implementation and troubleshooting skills in differents technologies. During these years i started as System and Security Engineer, then I was in the networking team where I was responsible for the voip communications where . Since the end of 2019, i have returned to the Sys Admin where i am currently the Team Leader.I have experience and work everyday with security technologies such as Checkpoint, reverse-proxy F5, web proxy Forcepoint and Microsoft O365 security and compliance. Also have experience and admin several services of Microsoft Azure, O365 and On-prem, like AD, Exchange and Teams for example.Experience in planning and creating new physical and virtual servers through virtualization platforms such VmWare and Microsoft Hyper-v.For bakups and recovery I have experience with Microsoft Data protection Manager and Avamar from DELL.In networking area, have experience in configure and manage Cisco equipments, like routers and switchs.Voip communications experience in manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager and integrations with SBCs, Sip-trunks and H323 gateways.
