I identified and introduced ethnic studies resources to implement into the course, I joined the teacher during class sessions to facilitate discussions, and I collaborated with the teacher to create lesson plans for future class sessions.

I also worked closely with GEAR UP management to submit the Annual Performance Report to the Department of Education, using grant objective measures to describe and detail GEAR UP's efforts.
